Winery Review: Intense pink color with violet hints. Fresh red fruit bouquet, strawberry and cherry flavors. balanced acidity, dry and lingering finish. Excellent with tuna or green salad, pasta, spicy Asian dishes.
My review: It had been awhile since I tasted a rose, so this was a nice change. Upon the first smell, I was immediately reminded of darker frutis - plum, blackberry, etc. However, despite the fruity nose, it was rather dry, which was too much of a contrast for me.
